Weekly Flashback 6 - The Concert for New York City

On this Weekly Flashback, we commemorate the 19th anniversary of 9/11. Little over a month after the World Trade Center was destroyed in a terrorist attack, a concert organized by Paul McCartney filled Madison Square Garden and boasted a star-studded lineup featuring The Who, Billy Joel, Elton John, McCartney himself, and many more. New York City first responders and their families were treated to more than five hours of music; a much needed break from the chaotic, turbulent times.
